Mrs. Wapoenje

This project was born out of frustration observed in the field, after advising more than 200 women leaders over 15 years. Many founders and CEOs of SMEs still lack access to strategic mentors who can help them truly get their businesses off the ground.In addition, emotional barriers such as fear of losing control and the belief that growing a business necessarily means more stress, exhaustion, and financing limit access to growth opportunities and strategic collaborations, which are essential for accelerating the development of African SMEs.In March 2025, losing my executive position was my breaking point. I realized that this was my opportunity. At 50 years old, I decided to create this space dedicated to women leaders, to help them overcome confusion, establish their vision, and deconstruct the idea that scaling necessarily means overwork. I also wanted to take advantage of AI to reduce the cost of entrepreneurship.

My ambition: to work with female leaders on overcoming obstacles so that they can grow as quickly as they transform their companies into profitable, aligned businesses that create wealth and impact, without burning themselves out.

I am a Growth and Smart Organization Strategist, but also a multi-entrepreneur, wife, and mother of 3 grown children.
